Responses ordered from UsabilityHub are provided by our community of testers.
Whilst most orders receive their allocation of responses within 24 hours, response rates vary based on the size of the order, targeted demographics, and site traffic. Weekends, for example, are slower than weekdays. We cannot guarantee how long it will take to fulfill your order, though we do our best to provide an accurate ETA at the time the order is placed.
Incomplete orders may be canceled at any time, and a credit refund will be provided for all undelivered responses.
We do our best to ensure that all testers submit a valid response, but this is not possible in all cases. Invalid responses may be reported to UsabilityHub from test results, and will be automatically replaced with a new response from a different tester.
All responses ordered from UsabilityHub undergo a quality assurance process and testers may be banned from testing if their response don’t meet our quality standards.
Registered users’ responses include demographic information, but your email will never be shared with other users.
UsabilityHub is an open community of testers and test owners. There is always the chance that someone may abuse this trust and post images “not safe for work”. We rely on our users to inform us of these images, and we ensure they are removed as soon as they are reported.
Users found to be posting content not suitable for general consumption will be warned if appropriate or banned if we see fit.
We take no responsibility for users posting any content which may be inappropriate, illegal or which breaches the legal rights of another person or entity. When requested, we will do our best to remove offending content.
Subscription plans are charged on a monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time.
Whilst plans can be changed up or down at any time, downward changes will not take effect until the next billing period. Upward changes take effect immediately, with a pro-rated credit being given for the remainder of the previous plan.
Plans can be cancelled at any time, but we are unable to give pro-rata refunds for unused tests/responses.
Some subscription plans entitle you to a certain number of response credits each month. Unused credits from your plan’s monthly allowance may or may not “roll over” to the next month. Credit quotas on legacy plans (Solo, Team, Studio, Agency) do not roll over.
We strive to carry out this service with due skill and care. If however, we fail in this obligation you may be entitled to a refund under Australian Law.
If our service fails to work as expected or advertised please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you.
